General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the jetwin platform and all related services. "jetwin", "we" or "platform" refers to the jetwincasino.cam website and its mobile application. "User", "member" or "you" refers to any person who accesses this platform or uses its services as a registered member.

The Bengali version of these terms serves as the primary document. In the event of any translation, the Bengali version will take precedence. You are requested to read and understand this document in full before using any jetwin service.

These terms form a legally binding agreement. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using jetwin services. jetwin reserves the right to change, amend or update these terms at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on this page.

Account Registration

A personal account must be created to use services on jetwin. All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete and up to date. jetwin reserves the right to cancel an account if false or incorrect information is provided.

2.1 Registration Process

The following information must be provided accurately at the time of registration:

• Full name (as per national ID card or passport)
• Active mobile number (for OTP verification)
• Valid email address
• Date of birth (for age verification)
• A strong password

2.2 One Account Policy

Each person may operate only one jetwin account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If a user is found to be operating more than one account, all accounts will be closed and funds may be forfeited.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

jetwin may request documents for identity verification at any time. This may include copies of a national ID card, passport or driving licence. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

Eligibility Requirements

The following eligibility conditions must be met to use jetwin services. Accounts cannot be created or services used if these conditions are not met.

• Age Requirement: A minimum age of 21 is required to participate in all casino and sports betting activities. Minors are strictly prohibited from accessing this platform.
• Mental Capacity: Members must use the service in a state of full mental soundness.
• Voluntary Participation: The account must be operated voluntarily and by personal decision, not under pressure or influence from any third party.
• Own Funds: Betting or gaming must be done only with funds owned by the member themselves.
• Restrictions for Employees: jetwin employees, partners and their immediate family members may not participate in betting or gaming services.

It is worth noting that the age requirement for gambling or betting activities is critically important. If anyone under 21 uses this service in violation of national law, it will be considered a breach of these terms and the account will be closed immediately.

Account Security

Keeping your jetwin account secure is your own responsibility. Login credentials should not be shared with anyone.

4.1 Password Protection

Use a strong password containing uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers and special characters. It is recommended to change your password regularly. It is best not to use on jetwin any password already used elsewhere.

4.2 Account Transfer Prohibited

Transferring, selling or lending a jetwin account to any third party is strictly prohibited. Betting or gaming using another person's account is also prohibited.

4.3 Suspicious Activity

If you notice any unauthorised access or suspicious activity on your account, inform the jetwin support team immediately. Change your password without delay.

Financial Transactions

5.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on jetwin is ৳500. Accepted deposit methods are bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. Deposits must always be made from a payment method registered in your own name.

5.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals are generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals will only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. If identity verification is not complete, there may be a delay in processing withdrawals.

5.3 Source of Funds

jetwin may ask a member to provide information about the source of funds. If the information provided is unsatisfactory or an illegal source is suspected, jetwin has the right to cancel the transaction and suspend the account.

5.4 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currency are not accepted.

Bonuses and Promotions

jetwin offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions that must be followed.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members may receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount — meaning the bonus funds must be wagered 20 times before bonus winnings become withdrawable. Example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳3,000, and the wagering required is ৳2,000 × 20 = ৳40,000.

6.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirement is met
• Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed at the same time unless the promotional terms explicitly state otherwise
• If manipulation or misuse of bets placed with bonus funds is suspected, jetwin reserves the right to cancel the bonus
• The minimum deposit required for each promotion is ৳500

6.3 Right to Modify Bonuses

jetwin reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any bonus or promotion without prior notice. If the terms of an ongoing promotion change, this will be published on the jetwin website.

Gaming Rules

jetwin offers various gaming options — slots, live casino, sports betting and more. Each category has certain specific rules.

7.1 Betting Limits

Maximum and minimum bet amounts are set for each game and betting market. jetwin reserves the right to change betting limits on any game or market.

7.2 Technical Errors

jetwin is not responsible for incorrect results or incorrect payouts caused by technical errors, server issues or software bugs. In such situations, the affected bets will be considered void and the original stake will be refunded.

7.3 Live Betting

Odds change rapidly in live betting. Your bet will be confirmed at the odds that were in effect at the time your bet was placed. If a bet is submitted late due to a connection issue, it will either be accepted at the applicable odds or cancelled.

7.4 Sports Event Cancellation

If a sports event is cancelled, postponed or abandoned, the related bets will be cancelled and the stake will be refunded. Exception: if an event is suspended after at least 90% of the scheduled time has been completed, bets will be settled once the result of that event is officially announced.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jetwin platform. Violating these prohibitions may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of funds.

• Money Laundering: Attempting to legitimise funds obtained from illegal sources through the platform
• Fraud: Registering with false information, using stolen payment methods or collecting bonuses through deceptive means
• Bot Use: Using automated software, bots or artificial intelligence to conduct betting or gaming
• System Exploitation: Taking advantage of any technical error or vulnerability in the platform
• Coordinated Betting: Coordinating bets across multiple accounts or individuals to gain an unfair advantage
• Fraudulent Bonus Claims: Creating fake identities or repeatedly opening new accounts to obtain bonuses
• Hacking or Cyber Attacks: Attempting unauthorised access to jetwin systems

Account Suspension

jetwin may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these terms
• Providing false or misleading information
• Failure to cooperate with the identity verification process
• Suspicious or unusual transaction activity
• Being found to be a minor
• Involvement in any prohibited activity

9.1 Suspension Process

Before suspending an account, jetwin will inform the user of the reason via email or an account message and may give the user an opportunity to provide an explanation. However, in cases of serious violations, the account may be closed without prior notice.

9.2 Closing Your Account Yourself

If you wish to close your account of your own accord, please contact the support team. It is recommended to withdraw any remaining funds before the account is closed.

Limitation of Liability

jetwin provides its services on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee any specific outcome or profit.

10.1 No Guarantee of Uninterrupted Service

The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues or other reasons. jetwin is not liable for any loss incurred by users in such situations.

10.2 Responsibility for Betting Decisions

Betting or gaming decisions are entirely the user's own. jetwin does not advise on any bet or game. Full responsibility for winning or losing rests with the user.

10.3 Third-Party Services

jetwin is not directly liable for issues caused by errors from payment processors or game providers, but will cooperate to find a resolution.

Privacy and Data Protection

All data is kept secure using SSL encryption and modern security technology. Personal data is not sold to third parties. Data may be provided to authorities where required by law.

The applicable law governing the interpretation and enforcement of these terms will be determined according to the legal framework of jetwin's operating jurisdiction.

13.2 Severability of Terms

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable for legal reasons, the remaining provisions will continue to be fully effective. The unenforceable provision will be replaced by the nearest valid provision that serves the same purpose.

13.3 Entire Agreement

These terms and jetwin's other policies (Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, etc.) together form the entire agreement between the user and jetwin. No other oral or written undertaking outside of these shall be effective.
